Austin Attaway, Ph.D.

Founder, CEO & Host

Apart from being our founder, Austin is an Organizational Psychologist, a CEO of a nonprofit mental health clinic and a Professor at the University of California, Riverside School of Business. He is passionate about nonprofit service and tackling systemic inequities.

Natalie Hwang, B.S.

Content Coordinator

Natalie Hwang is our Content Coordinator. She graduated from UCR and is a PsyD student at California Lutheran University. Outside of academia, she is either exploring new food spots around Los Angeles or reading books through her Kindle membership.
